6. Intellectual Property

All analysis methodologies, scoring algorithms, report templates, and platform content are the intellectual property of Advise Events. Purchased reports grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the data for your own business decisions.

7. No Guarantee of Sales or Event Outcomes

Advise Events does not guarantee any specific ticket sales, attendance figures, revenue, or event outcomes. All reports, analyses, popularity scores, draw estimates, and recommendations are best-effort projections based on available historical data and current market metrics. They are provided for informational and planning purposes only and should not be relied upon as guarantees of future performance.

Actual event results depend on numerous factors beyond our control or the scope of our data, including but not limited to:

  • Consumer demand for the artist or event at the time of the show
  • Quality and execution of marketing materials and promotional campaigns
  • Artist market saturation — how frequently the artist has performed in the area
  • Competing events, local market conditions, and economic factors
  • Weather, venue logistics, and force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control)
  • Ticket pricing decisions made by the promoter
  • Artist reputation changes, cancellations, or public relations events

You acknowledge that purchasing a report or engaging our consulting services does not create any obligation on our part to deliver a specific commercial result. All booking and business decisions remain solely your responsibility.

8. Consulting Services Disclaimer

For consulting engagements, Advise Events commits to delivering our best professional work using data-driven methodologies to make your marketing and event planning as efficient and informed as possible. However, our obligation is limited to the quality and diligence of the consulting services delivered. We do not guarantee that our recommendations will produce any specific sales volume, revenue target, or attendance level. The ultimate success of an event depends on market demand, the strength of the creative and promotional materials, and broader market conditions that are outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advise Events assumes zero liability for actual ticket sales outcomes, event revenue, or any financial losses arising from booking decisions made using our reports, analyses, or consulting recommendations.

In no event shall Advise Events be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, unsold tickets, or failed events, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any report, analysis, or consulting advice provided. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or consulting engagement giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access purchased reports remains, but your account access will be revoked.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
